      I started my IT career with saartha , i would like to say saartha is the best place to work and start a IT career. Opportunity to learn cutting edge technologies and to work upon multiple projects. Main important is they do appreciate and recognition the effort we put on project. Brief insight about work environment Very Friendly, Flexible, Very Transparent, Supportive, Motivate each others, and yes fun involved (team outings, trips etc)
