      Great perks, comfortable, homely, friendly people, opportunities to go on familiarization trips, flexible hours and lots of play-like work, opportunities to meet people

      Limited room for growth and promotion. After a while, you stop learning anything. The upper management tend to put you inside a box, preferring to see you in the same position for years at a time.
