Pros
Keep you working, keep you busy and so you do not have time to do bad things. That's the only advantage I could think.
Cons
Management is great! Always make some schedule that nobody could follow. Always trying to do something extremely good but in the end nothing could got delivered. Finally the boss laid off everyone and he became the only employee in that company. The lay off package is great, simply nothing The bossed notified everybody 2 weeks ahead the layoff so everybody has enough time to find a better job. How considerable he is???

Pros
Very efficient and pro-active CEO, a diversified company with talented people and excellent work ethics. For me, I have to admit it is a rare opportunity to work with one of the best engineers in the industry (CEO) and a wonderful person I have ever met. The energy and inspiration of the management/CEO transpires to the core of the employees. If you are self-driven and intend to learn and grow, you will be inspired to be your best and push the limits of the designs you're working on. No wonder why we are often successful in beating designs made by industry giants by margin in all aspects of merits.
Cons
Sometimes too aggressive with planning, which is good for a small company like us but could be improved. The benefits and retirement plans could be improved. No company or team is perfect. Its the people (employees) who make a company, so if people are happy and motivated themselves they will find happiness in what they do everyday. I have seen no cons here but excellent opportunity to collaborate, learn and grow as an engineer and a person.
