There is no any pros about this company

The best part about this company is that it stays small on purpose so that decision making is fast and the team's ideas are heard. Every time the company gets too big it forms a new company to do new projects. This is a great place to learn and grow individually. The whole idea of not being a corporate giant is so people can adapt and change to the current environment and so to adapt a new culture is so easy or adapt to new technology is easy. My co-workers are amazing people and we are like family. We have a lot of like minded people and when the idea juice is flowing it is so much fun it does not feel like work. We are always looking for the next best thing, the next best phase to our life and our CEO/leader always looks to us to keep the company young at heart. Of course just like in any company there are ups and downs but we stick together to get through them.
