Good reasons to work for Sabre are pretty good benefits, it's a big company for being outside of Portland, and the boats they produce are beautiful
Cons
Cons of working at Sabre are office employees - they treat you like they're better than you, office people are really arrogant and up-tight; there isn't enough appreciation for a job well done or a good effort; if you're not perfect, you're not good enough; psychotic about "attendance" - make you take 15min of your vacation time if you're 3 minutes late
