      Pros

      Fun industry to work in Great employees who are always willing to help each other out. Size of the company is such that everyone has the opportunity to make a major contribution to the success of the company.

      Cons

      Always very busy, this can be a pro and a con!

      Pros

      They have stood by their employees. No pay cuts during the Pandemic for instance. I was allowed to work remotely full time BEFORE the Pandemic to give live-in care to ailing Parents as a bit of an anecdote. I have honestly appreciated their understanding and flexibility tremendously. Also, for what it's worth. In the past two years, I have not once stopped learning.

      The job can be a demanding rollercoaster more often than not, but the team is good for it.

      Job responsibilities not well defined. You could end working more than 1 job at the same time Processes not well defined. But they are working on getting this straight No 401k Work Life Balance just in paper
