      Pros

      What I love the most about working at Sacha is being part of a mission to preserve the Amazon rainforest. The team is very supportive and we're constantly helping each other grow both professionally and personally. The work we deliver to clients is also crafted with top quality standards. Really happy to be part of this team.

      Cons

      Not too big of a con but as any other start up there's a lot going on and some extra work is needed because of the fast growing pace we're experiencing right know. But honestly, so far it's been worth it. Our mission, team and results are pretty awesome.

      Pros

      Sacha Agency is 100% remote work with the mission to preserve and protect the tribes and land of the Amazon Rainforest. Work is challenging, growth is rapid, both professional and personal, and the rewards are fulfilling. If you are looking to push yourself, within a team that is motivated, talented, and driven then this is the place for you.

      Cons

      If you're not driven then the demands would be too much.

      Pros

      Personal growth is valued just as equally as professional growth within the team; work goals align with individual goals which is awesome. The team is 100% remote but there's not one person I can say I don't have a relationship with due to open communication and team huddles a few times each week. Business wise, the company is still seeing growth even in these current times, so there's plenty of work coming in. The best part is the company mission. Knowing the work we're doing is providing towards the protection of the Amazon Rainforest makes those days where work stress creeps in better, by having a greater sense of purpose.

      Cons

      Couple of the startup downsides. Wearing many hats is essential and lack of benefits in the traditional sense (for now).
