Operates like a corporation. To the outside world it’s people over profit but internally it’s profit over employees. The higher end directors make six figure salaries plus bonuses. Yet lower level employees aren’t even close to a living wage. Many double standards for example, if you plan to leave a role they expect you to give them notice but when they’re going to let you go, there’s no warning, no consideration for the persons livelihood. They treat their employees as if they have no value and are replaceable to the agency. The turn around rate is absolutely ridiculous. Instead of improving they fire people and try to find people they can abuse and underpay.
