meet a lot of different people as you serve the customers from the architects to the painters.
Cons
poor pay especially in that particular department. there is no empoyee growth which kills morale

The company is a multinational business with some potential for personal growth. Though they don't pay well I enjoy the work environment.Work is also challenging.
Cons
There are opportunities for growth.They don't pay well so work experience is an advantage here.Promotions are common though the remunerations are so low.
