The development team had a stable environment until the development manager left
Cons
The new management team is not effective, underqualified and have self-described themselves as managers despite lacking experience or knowledge in software development or management. Additionally, the HR personnel are very strict and appear to support management’s decisions at the expense of employees' rights, often contributing to the termination of dedicated workers
