Pros

I don't have any prof

Cons

Let me share my experience with this organization. After thinking for 5-6 hours, I couldn't come up with any single positive point to tell you. My experience at Safaltek is full of bad things that I'm going to tell you so that you all can be aware of. 1. Firstly, the CEO is very arrogant and does not have much sense of how to talk to employees. Talks a lot that we all need to do this & that, need to improve but does nothing himself. Doesn't treat the employees with respect either. 2. On my second day after joining, I had a call with the CEO and he straightaway asked me what work did I do in the past week. I had joined on a Friday, he simply asked me what work did I do over the weekend. On telling him that first half of the joining day was spent in induction & knowing the processes, he abruptly stopped me and told, you are not here for processes, you are here for work. 3. Safaltek does offer you a good hike on joining, but that is a trap! They deduct 10% of your salary towards recruitment expenses & promise you that they will give that amount after you complete 1 year. This is another trap! They won't let you come closer to 1-year completion and fire you before that or mentally harass you such that you resign yourself. I have seen this with myself even though I have good years of experience in the IT industry which has made me mentally stronger & capable to deal with situations but I would still say I was mentally harassed almost every day. I have seen this being done to 5 other employees who joined a month before or after me. 4. Also, as per their "process" or "company policy", they will not verify your employement if you do not work for them for at least a year. But like I told you, they won't let you stay for a year because of the 10% salary they would have to give! By any chance, if yoy have completed 8-9 months, they will start mentally harassing you, point out useless mistakes in your work (even when they don't exist) and either give you notice/fire you or push you to the point of resigning! 5. Some ex-employees who have been fired like this are already thinking of pursuing a legal case against them. 6. CEO would threaten you almost after every meeting by giving you a warning notice of 1 month that if you don't do so and so work in so and so time then you will be fired and your one month notice starts rightaway. How can an employee be his/her productive best when they know they can be fired at any moment?? This is pure mental harassment that many employees face almost every day. 7. Even if you are doing great work, he will find some mistake and give you a warning notice. Also, definitely some employees at offshore give wrong information to him like of someone is spending time with his/her colleagues and discussing project related stuff separately in a room then they are blamed of creating groupism. How can a CEO sitting thousands of miles away in the US blame his employees of groupism? Obviously, he fends off of the wrong information that is passed on to him from some of the ill-minded employees at offshore. 8. You are expected to be available on whatsapp 24 by 7. CEO would make groups on whatsapp, torture employees and expect them to respond to him at any time of the day or night, even if it is 2:30 am and you are sleeping! What happens if you don't respond? The first thing you will hear in the morning meeting the next day is that you are given a notice for not performing your duties! 9. There is one project by the name 'mAuditor', which the CEO is keenly interested in. He himself acts as the BA & gives requirements to the offshore team. His requirements change by the hour! Due to which the team is always confused and unable to deliver on time. Almost every day, even after changing requirements, you are expected to deliver the deployment by EOD, doesn't matter if it's 10 PM or you have eaten or not! His Products/Projects are built on such an outdated technology that 70% of the application doesn't work on browsers like Chrome, Firefox. Only works on IE. There are many more things to tell but I guess the above is sufficient for any sane minded person to make a decision whether to join Safaltek or not. Also, don’t get fooled by the good comments put up on various sites. These have been put up by the management itself to maintain good ratings.

Pros

Not a single Pros of Safaltek

Cons

1. CEO Rajan likes to be treated as GOD 2. No professional behavior and no process gets followed 3. Can fire you anytime. They hire and fire regularly. 4. IT support team and HR team are most pathetic 5. Weekend woorking is normal. 6. Not flexible related to working hours. One has to spend 9.5 hours in office otherwise salary will be deducted. 7. Worst office infrastructure, no cafeteria. Just a pantry with only 4 tables. Limit on using the vending machines as well. 8. No PF deduction policy. They will just open the PF account but will not cut anything from your salary te deposit into the PF account. 9. They deduct 10% of your total annual package and assures to give you once you complete 1 year with them. And to save that, they usually fires you in you 10-11 month. 10. Not a balanced work load. You will never know tomorrow on which platform you will be working. because they change plan on daily basis. 11. Politics at its peak. 12. Not a single employee friendly policy or rule.

Pros

Mmmm let me think....... sorry none that i can remember of.

Cons

Those fake reviews which are saying about CEO being sharp, i guess those reviews are kind of right but in a different way. Like omg our CEO is so sharp that he can cut anyone loose from the company at any time or he is so sharp that he can kill your career and skills, that by all means can justify his sharpness. It will all be good for one two months or even three if you are lucky and then you will feel the wrath of mighty ocean king Mr. CEO. If you are a senior person you will start to feel the heat within few days. And you probably will not get any idea that why he is angry on you for some random reasons. And slowly you will start to doubt yourself that "you are useless", as he always quotes in almost all his meetings to almost everyone. He is living in his imaginary world in which he is genius and all other are at elementry school level. And you cannot argue with him or you will be doomed. He wants you to blindly follow him and if something bad happens due to his decision he will roast you up and will never admit his mistakes. In short he wants to ba a " One eyed king among the blinds". But he thinks he is very good person becuase he started zumba activity, to which no one is intrested in to do, to keep the employees happy but at the end of the day to treat them badly is not a good thing for any organization. As some great personality has once said that "Great CEOs make great companies" and this company is in the market from past 15+ years and has shrinked instead of growing.
