Pros
Absolutely wonderful, close knit group of kind and caring co-workers. The owner was also very caring and kind.
Cons
Misogynist micromanaging upper management created a toxic environment. Watched time clock logs to the minute, made rounds consistently to check the sign out sheet for lunches, who was at their desks, needed to ask for permission/coverage for bathroom or water breaks. Employees were not allowed to chat casually unless clocked out
