Pros

No pros beyond a paycheck.

Cons

-No bonuses during two highly profitable company years. -Work is rarely done in accordance with internal policies and procedures. Every project is a roller coaster. -Good work is never praised or rewarded beyond a paycheck. -Backstabbing culture runs rampant with little done by upper management and human resources. -Performance reviews are 100% based on your personal relationship with reviewers.

Pros

The work itself is great, the benefits are good, the pay is good

Cons

Smart ideas for improvement or innovation will quickly get you fired if it makes one of the higher ups look bad. Because it wasn't their idea.

Pros

Great co workers if you can avoid the many back stabbers and brownnosers.

Cons

Since the goal is "together we save lives" one can find a lot of personal rewards in doing a good job, just don't expect to be at all rewarded for your contributions. The carrot is always dangled in front of you at salary discussions, but it is based upon un-obtainable goals.
