Pros
- Work culture is so beautiful. So many team members care so deeply about the mission and go above and beyond - You can make such an impact! The more you give the more you get out of it! - Job roles are fairly flexible and you can create it into what you want - The charter school manger is everything!!! She works so hard and really supports you!
Cons
- Not enough funding! You are getting paid at least 1/2 of your worth - Some parts of the organization run SO slowly, that it impedes on your ability to make change - Unfortunately, upper management is dysfunctional and moves slowly. It trickles down and makes your supervisor feel unsupported!
