Pros

decent 401K and benefits My direct manager is not only my boss, but a true friend.

Cons

drama! there are a bunch of women there that are crazy . they start drama and spread rumors and human resources thinks its funny and refuses to address harassment and bullying issues. there is no room to move up. whatever position you take you are stuck in until you quit or get fired. they covet the mediocre employees and over use and over abuse the good employees. i was expected to work an indefinite amount of hours to get a job done - a job that was not even mine but i was the only capable one of doing it. people walk out unannounced and leave everyone stranded without even a second thought because its a miserable place to be. pay = working for peanuts. the compensation is terrible. bonuses are totally unfair. The sales team inst expected to lift a finger or field their own calls. customer service is expected to do it with no compensation for doing so. if you show any ability to work or get a job done, you get dumped on. the owner cant even formulate a single sentence that is grammatically correct yet he runs the place - not very effectively if i may add. my direct manager was the only person there that i could trust or rely on. all other management conspires with employees to help them formulate cases.

Pros

The people working there that they are lucky to have.

Cons

Management. Cheap operations director who is more interested in his yearly bonus rather than the success of the company. All the views are short term savings which will eventually cause customers to move over to competitors once their contract expires. Lack of support, no resources and outsourcing equal bad customer service. Everyone who stays just works the extra jobs of the people who left and didn’t get replaced with no extra pay. Also no bonuses are handed out.
