Pros
Great entry level or for someome with no initiative. Company is so laid back you won’t hear from anyone for months. Have health insurance thats a plus and you get to wear a sparkling white shirt like Fireman Bill. They will work with schedule with notice
Cons
At first they will blow sunshine. Low pay and yearly raise and no PTO Company has one client in MO, one. Three hours class room training total and no CPR, AED, etc. No vision for growth and a corp culture that is non exsistent. You exsist in vast vortext of management by 3rd hand info. Management pushes Halppi moniker but managers forget what they preach, who they need. Some mystery promotion plan for the chosen few but they will talk about at first, but was a bigger mystery than a bigfoot.
