- You get to work with some really nice and really smart people
- Senior management is supportive
- Flexible and accommodating to employee needs
- Lots of room to grow for people who perform well
- Promote from within rather than hiring from outside
- Excellent training program
Cons
- Workload can be stressful
- The work is very technical in nature and requires a lot of detail orientation, the on-boarding and training process takes a long time
The work/life balance is good if you do your job right. There's no such thing as an emergency if you don't let it become a last-minute thing. People are professional and good to work with. Great place to test your CS abilities and grow professionally as there are some great peers you can learn a lot from.
Cons
Micromanaging, training tools and courses could be better. Compensation could be a lot better.
