Epitome of BAD Management

Pros

It’s a great startup if you are trying to advance your career into Law Enforcement.

Cons

It has a bad environment. Very toxic. Collectively you have a particular group of individuals who are great at trying to make you feel small, insecure or bad about yourself. The Administration at Crossroads helps maintain this toxic environment by allowing certain individuals to manipulate circumstances without taking into consideration all sides.

Pros

Night shift, babysitting work release, easy job, can be laid back

Cons

Terrible leadership (they promote brown-nosers, not leaders), arbitrarily enforced policies to fire workers whenever they want to, dangerous area, work-release inmates can sometimes be unpredictable

Pros

Everyone deserves a second chance and Safer Foundation is a wonderful organization to help former offenders get back on their feet. If you want to work for a company that helps others, this is a good start.

Cons

The culture is cut throat and toxic.
