Pros

The training was very good and I didn’t feel rushed at all, Mani was very helpful and so was the rest of the Bermondsey branch, I was able to become more comfortable with my calls and using the computer system. At first I was nervous however with the help I was able to calm down and feel very welcomed to the team.

Cons

The Safestore academy system was not updated with the course I needed to complete.

Company are Investors in People, good training opportunities.

Cons

Menial tasks, whilst they provide great training, there is little opportunity to actually 'sell' and it is all based on scripted performance.
