Non livable wage with annual pay increases that barely keep up with the economic inflation. Promotions are impossible and expectations are impossible to meet. Supervisors and QC inspector nitpick every small detail and never offers only positive feedback..
Call center work. Horrible callers. Feel like a prisoner in your own home as your bathroom breaks are scheduled for you. Lots of documentation and going back to back on calls. Company prioritizes call volume to make money and then doesn’t offer but a $.50-.60 cent raise each year with no Holiday bonus. They keep uptraining employees to take on additional tasks and call volume with no monetary incentive. Weekends required. Short staffed. High turnover. No flexibility despite working in your own home.
Work from home, great coworkers, health benefits and retirement plan options
Cons
Pays a non-liveable wage, annual raises are capped at 3% (which usually equates to ~50-60 cents/hour), profit is prioritized over employee well-being, case management parameters are unrealistic, chronically understaffed, you’re expected to answer back to back calls for 10 hours, weekends are mandatory
