      Safrapay has an excellent management structure, which challenges us every day to find solutions, to think outside the box, and thereby makes for great professional development with daily learning. The company offers great benefits to its employees and all the necessary structure to work in the most effective way.

      A problem that I see in the company is the communication between the teams that can sometimes cause unnecessary rework
