- Great colleagues - High pay - Understanding management - Good learning curve as managers are willing to teach everything
Cons
- Constant change in structure - Work life balance - Tight employee productivity monitoring: EG. apps install in laptop to ensure that you are not away from your keyboard, daily meetings to ensure work is done/progress updates - Last minute changes to plans made
