      Sagacent' has a good company image and decent client base

      Cons

      You work with inexperienced coworkers who will undercut you at any time to be assigmed tp the best clients. The owner is will use you and the first sign of dismay from the client and he will drop you with out and ounce of understanding or loyalty.

      Varied customers provide an opportunity to experience many different technologies and environments.

      Cons

      Inflexible work schedule, demands top-rate work from staff at minimal salaries, uses his staff to try and justify over-priced hardware sales. Is badly out of touch with the modern work environment. Does not trust his staff.
