- Paid Internship ($15 an hour) - Interns are given some valuable work experience - Interns are allowed in team and (some) client meetings

Cons

- The company has little diversity and leadership efforts to change that are usually superficial. - The owner and members of the leadership team are Zionists. It gets unsettling when they bring their politics into the office and have outside pro-Israel groups present in company-wide meetings.
