Pros

Excellent recruitment and on boarding process - everything was clearly explained from the start with no hidden clauses or surprises. Very transparent about the role expectations salary and benefits After 10 years in policing, it's refreshing to work for an organisation that genuinely prioritises staff wellbeing and welfare - Sage does go above and beyond. Clear values and a real focus on supporting residents and the communities. Positive supportive culture where people are approachable and willing to help

Cons

Sage is a fast growing organisation, so as with any expanding company there can be some teething issues between departments - this is expected and improving as the bushiness develops.

* Supportive leadership and team environment * Clear processes that make difficult cases manageable * Strong focus on customer experience and doing the right thing / Ownership from business areas on complaints. * Good Compensation package

* Peak periods can be busy but manageable with the right prioritisation.
