Pros

May be financially stable company

Cons

They use to negotiate the salary too much. Because of COVID, I joined at a slightly lower salary than what I made at my previous company. In July 2021, a member of my family was affected by COVID-19, so I took a few days of leave. At the end of the month, I requested HR not to deduct my salary for July and offered to have it deducted the following month as I had spent a lot on hospital bills. However, Srinivas, who is in HR, did not respond to my calls and messages for a few days. After my salary was deducted, he finally responded and mentioned that the amount was deducted according to company policy, though it was more than the actual deduction. If the company does not support employees in difficult situations, what is the point? Is this a trustworthy company? Secondly, I don't want to mention the Account Manager's name here, but he did not ask me about my family member's well-being, when I would return, or if I needed any support. While it's not mandatory to ask, but as humans, we should show some humanity! I decided to resign as this is not a employee-oriented company.
