people ain't very active in sales

very dishonest throughout hiring and induction process, base pay is a myth (if you're on base pay for more than a week they talk about dismissal, so may as well not offer it), your employment can depend on a whether a website does or doesn't load on a given day (it was constantly broken leading to poor sales, which was blamed on sales skills), would need to be making management level sales numbers just to break minimum wage over a 50 hour week as sales exec (hours which are greatly underrepresented in induction - allowed to stay less but would make no sales so longer hours heavily implicated), very little support from upper management (preoccupied with their personal progression more than their team), constant backtracking on promises of being able to recoup hours (meaning reduced base pay even if you're full time), using marketing strategies as much on employees to give the illusion of a healthy workplace - toxic positivity - negatives are never discussed. Yes money can be made, and progression can be had if you are willing to have no life around work, and if it was marketed in such a way that would be acceptable, but there is no end to the deceit around the reality of the role. You will never find a job with less job security during a training period. Finally, managers don't have the maturity to even read or respond to a polite and fair notice of resignation.
