Not sure it's worth it.

Pros

Product is pretty easy to sell. Most people we call on know who we are and what the platform does. Pay is good and can work from home.

Cons

Blatant favoritism. Too many meetings. Micromanaging the worst I have experienced anywhere. Manager cares only for himself and would throw his own mother under the bus to save himself.

Mentally Exhausting Office Environment

Pros

Leaving for the day, that was cool.

Cons

The office manager here has no idea what she's doing. Blurred lines between professional and casual relationships. You will be constantly on the wrong side of expectations and never get any sort of explanation why that is. I guarantee she has very little people management experience. She doesn't want good work ethic. She doesn't want innovation or out of the box thinking. She wants yes men, people to compliment her decisions, even when they're morally or professionally questionable. Thinking of working here? Walk. Run. Turn around and go anywhere else. It's not worth the mental strain.
