Amazing product, lots of great people and many opportunities for the company to grow. Lots of potential with the right leadership.

Cons

Departmental goals are not always aligned. Poor direction from operations senior leadership, unrealistic expectations, with lack of allocating resources properly to support the organization goals. To reach full potential, there needs to be a change in leadership.

Cons

No complaints here. Compared to pre-SGO SAGE Electrochromics the current working atmosphere is much improved and the investment and expertise brought in by SGO continues to help us understand and improve our product, processes, and sales.
