1. First of all this review is not due to some personal grudge and this is all about only Pune office. 2. Thease people have nothing to do with management, actually they are not professionals, just a group of people somehow running this company. 3. Employee is just a slave for them. No work life balance. 12+ hrs of working. 4. Cheap people in management kind of detectorship. 5. No technical growth, they have their framework which will spoil your skills. 6. I request everyone who is reading this please dont join this hell even if you are jobless , this is my experience of 2.5 yrs at Sagitec.

Not find any point(except interview!!!)

They may offer good salary. But you will not be there for more than few months. SInce they through you out even for silly personal issue. I had 4 offers with me but I had attracted by their salary and joined there in Chennai office. But they asked me to quit within very short time. Their project framework or actually someone else. But they act as they are owner for it.

You can't learn new things, development is using only their own tools, these tools no one used outside. Everytime you have to begg in front of old arrogant people to learn tools, so there is no culture. If you don't have job then only think about it else it just waste
