Pros

"Gain experience from a multitude of different tasks within the company's infrastructure"

Cons

Dangerously low wages for Miami. Inappropriate office mannerisms/language and culture of commenting on personal issues. Burn-out WILL happen, Especially if you're a Student. They will make you salaried and never compensate for overtime work, and of you try bringing it up, they will try to tell you they're "compensating you in other ways". i.e. company swag, luncheons, and milage reimbursement. Company culture is to pressure each other into working overtime "for the sake of the company" with little to no thanks. Difference in wages for males/females despite identical job title. Fire-at-will. And they will.
