No annual performance reviews. "Autocratic" type of leadership practices from CEO and doesn't listen to advises given from lower management. Leadership is biased and first impression is really considered as a key factor. Doesn't follow good coding practices (such as no unit test cases, too much duplicate code and all such) when recommended by techlead. You will get hike only when you show offer letter from another company. CEO is completely clueless on how to lead an organisation (there is a manager from one team who is competent enough to run the organisation but isn't given a chance). CEO asks employees to give positive reviews on Google and other sites. HR department also spams good reviews on many sites such as Glassdoor, Google. CEO is very greedy and doesn't have any professional outlook. Company runs more like a sweatshop rather than a professional organisation. Saas products are developed in a really short span of time but the quality of application is very poor and company's leadership is completely responsible for this mishap.

1. No salary Normalisation. 2. No proper hikes even after 2years (No hiking system). 3. First impression matters. 4. Won't give value to loyal, hard working employees. 5. Taking advantage of employee dependencies. 6. No value to seniors. 7. They want only working code not the quality code. 8. Won't follow any coding standards or best design patterns, Just they want to work to be done. 9. They won't consider employee problems. 10. If you want a hike you should get offer letter from another company. 11. Work is some what heavy. 12. Very less no of leaves and holidays. 13. Won't trust employees. They will do micromanaging the employees. 14. Once you are separating from the company then you will be the vilan. and many more
