Great Company Across the Board

Pros

Have been with them for years... Plenty of work, management allows you to work independently. As long as you work the hours/shifts and volume of production you commit to, and produce the quality of work expected in our business, which BTW is still at 98% for audits, it is a fantastic company. I was so tired of being a nameless person with the giant MTSOs, so love the personal feel of working for a smaller company, and feeling part of a team, and not just a nameless, faceless number.

I personally have not run into any cons.

Pros

Very interesting work, low pressure, good staff support, excellent communication, superb platform.

Cons

I honestly can't think of any. I've been in medical transcription for over 30 years and have enjoyed this more than any previous position I've held. Being able to work part-time is very helpful to me at this point.
