I love working with the people that make up the science center. Lots of creativity.

Cons

The pay is pretty low with not much hopes of moving up. Seems like business is enforcing useless rules about wfh stipulations and it’s not benefiting the workers.

The staff are incredible. They are passionate about what they do and strive to deliver the best experience possible.

Cons

Leadership clearly does not care about their people. Entire departments have been removed, which has only created hardship for the team. The replacements are outsourced staff who do not understand the basic needs of the team. Staff has been begging for professional development and access to resources and seminars for years and there has been no assistance.
