Pros

Made it easy to pick up overtime if you wanted it.

Cons

Benefits are decent, better if you see a Saint Luke’s physician. But they do not offer paid maternity leave which was shocking for such a big company.

Pros

Willing to work with you if you want to go back to school, nice hours, no weekends or nights. Lots of things to do so you’re not bored

Cons

There is no movement in your role. You’re hired as a medical assistant and you don’t go up or down or anything. They have tried restructuring which lead to me leaving as I can do more than just room patients.

Pros

Pay and benefits are above average. There are a lot of friendly people that work here.

Cons

Some employees are extremely unprofessional and down right aggressive. Management turns a blind eye because of being short staffed. This creates a very stressful work environment and runs off good employees. Management also plays favorites and allows certain employees to basically do whatever they want.
