Pros

The only pro for this job was I loved some of my coworkers, who ended up being some of my closest friends

Cons

The pay for CNAs is barely anything, nurses look down on CNAs and never want to help. The health system only celebrates nurses, and doesn't do much for the CNAs.

Pros

The staff is great. Made very special friendships through the hospital. Teamwork is good with the right people.

Cons

Pay is not as good as it used to be. Management picks favorites when it comes to promoting and raises.
