Great students and teachers, terrible leadership.

Small class sizes curriculum allows for creativity and collaboration between staff

Cons

Complete lack of transparency. Teachers are not valued by administrative staff and school leadership. Head of school is unprofessional

Great campus, Hard working faculty

Cons

The school leader is only interested in buildings and keeping students happy. If a student complains you are out of the door. You are accountable for everything, if you lose your key to the classroom you get to pay for the lock to be replaced. You are on call 24/7 and if you break contract be prepared to get a bill for the job search. Very wide range of student abilities, but its ok you will be encouraged to pass all of them
