      Nice office Travels - blessing and nightmare at the same time

      Cons

      Non-existent HR departament VERY low salary Male dominant culture - girls are hired based on the look, not skills Lack of career opportunities Nepotism Bullying Toxic environment, I would not recommend anyone to work there

      Pros

      most of the employees speak both English and French and they are nice.

      Cons

      I don't like how they manage the employees over the projects, each coordinator instead of focusing on one project, is working on different projects but a smaller portion of the job. Don't trust the management.
