Micromanagement and lack of support create a toxic environment
Pros
The only Pro is to work in hybrid or WFH mode
Cons
There is no stop to cons 1.They don't have many clients 2.if anyone goes on bench there is no support policy from HR side to get you aligned in other projects also HR is not at all helpful if you go to them there response is same "we can't do anything,it's totally depend on you manager",then why are you here,if you can't help your employees. 3.Every client of their is now trying to remove them as a vendor 4.The worst project is Forward Air,they Hire people in order to fire them, mangers are creating email chain to blame you if in case you get late for a meeting only by 2 or 3 min,if client escalate around any other team then also you ll be blamed in case you have any dependent work ongoing with that team. Managers are Micromanager they will call you at any time of the day and cristise you to the core.No one in the company knows about the process and projects fully and they expect every new joinee to understand and start work within a day and they won't even provide you any adequate training or KT. 5.In case you want to get release then also they will make you suffer and give wrong feedbacks and randomly HR will call you and inform you are not needed in project. It should be managers who should take care of such things to explain to employees as you are the one getting the work done from them not the HR.
