Cons
They will hire you as Quality Engineer and will make you work as a labor which you cannot refuse otherwise you will be threatened to lose your job if do not agree. Weekend schedule is volunteer for those who wanted to earn some money as per HR, but according to superiors in the plant you have to come no matter what otherwise they will clearly say go and look for another job. They hire people on salary basis (Monthly not hourly) and force them to work more than 40 hour/week without paying them. No proper management, anyone can come and shout at you, and threatening at every point to lose your job. All they know is how to raise a finger, nobody is actually interested in looking for the solution.
