Pros
They pay your salary and mandatory contributions according to the laws of the country. They offer to pay a vacation bonus and if you manage to reach an agreement with your boss, you can make use of your vacation. They offer a stable job and if you enter an entry-level position, the company offers you the training course to advance you to a position in pharmacy sales.
Cons
The work environment will depend on who your boss is. If you enter a position as a pharmacist, the possibilities for professional development are very few, and will depend mainly on whether your boss likes you or not. There is salary discrimination based on gender, even though the company publicly declares that it does not. There is very little willingness to listen to workers' needs or problems on the part of the company's top management.
