      Pros

      Everyone was friendly and hardworking. Focus on results, little guy-can do attitude. Gaining momentum and clients. Going through a reorganizing period.

      Cons

      Sometimes unorganized. Strange CEO who some times tries to do too many things at once(when not needed or when out of his capabilities)

      Pros

      People are amazing but there are barely any left...... Breakfast? Glass door is forcing me to write at least 20 words

      Cons

      They fired 16 employees today with no warning out of a company of about 35-40 people. No warning to clients. No coverage for accounts. 3 weeks severance (lol) insurance coverage until tomorrow (lol). The CEO is rumored to have a severe "personal problem" which is probably why the company has finally hit rock bottom. Zero stability, benefits suck, CEO is a glow stick raver.

      Pros

      Employees are amazing, motivated, thoughtful, experience, insightful, and eager to work. Specialists, HR, and SEO Director are AMAZING and helpful. The people who are there are really committed to making sure clients get the best that can be offered.

      Cons

      Former CEO had some issues but management is working on getting the ship righted. There are a lot of hurt and angry people who are leaving bad reviews and lashing out. Take what you see online at face value and talk to the people who are working there NOW to see what can be seen. Current issues are really workflow, process, and bandwidth.
