Pros
Difficult to think of a single one. Free fruit is probably the only positive thing about working here. No benefits to speak of
Cons
Without doubt the worst place I've ever had the misfortune to work. If you have no aspirations and wanted to be treated like a child, this is the place to be. The management is non existent and closed to any new ideas or innovation. they operate in a 1980's style boiler room environment and are absolutely not concerned about staff or customer welfare. People are regularly fired for the most ridiculous reasons, with a flagrant abuse of the HR process. The only 'successful' people in the organisation are the sycophants who pander to the needs of the management team and will do anything to survive in the organisation. The product is a decent one, but is one dimensional and is not evolving. There are far superior solutions out there, yet the management team refuses to acknowledge this. The 'HR' is non existent and people are expected to be at their desks for the duration of the working day with all breaks closely monitored. If you are looking to work at sales-i, my advice would be to avoid it all costs.
