Pros

I do not believe there are any pros to working for Sales Inc.

Cons

1)Too Little Pay-For the amount of work that we put in, working 6 days a week, it is not worth it at all. I have been mentally and physically exhausted working for this company. Working for two months straight and having 8 days off sounds like a joke right? It is. 2)Training does not prepare us for what we actually do in the field. We are expected to create marketing plans, and go out marketing with no training. Good thing is the majority of Sales Inc. Employees are educated enough to figure things out. 3)In regards to safety and the well being of the employees, the concern is non exsistant. We go wherever they think they can make a dollar. 4) The leasing supervisor is very very very sneaky and fake. However, I can say she does play her game well. You really have no security unless she likes you. If not prepare for lies to be told and to be on your P's & Q's. Better yet I hope you all value time and don't waste yours working for this company.

Pros

none, nothing is worth this company-false promises it is a complete scam

Cons

I gave a two week notice to quit my long term job b/c Sales promised an apt, rental car, travel and $10k to $20k more annually with commission. I broke my lease and moved everything into a storage unit while in training. Upon completion of training (4th day in and 2 and a half weeks after accepting the position) they informed they require an extremely high car insurance policy that I can not afford. They told me I could not work for them without it. However they paid for a fellow trainee’s insurance even though mine was very high never offered to pay but knew b/c they didn’t it would be discrimination. They had me wait for a week without pay and limited info in the end stating they would waive the policy. I could barely get a phone call back sometimes texts-completely unprofessional. After completing training and waiting 10 days to start working (not traveling or getting paid) I went on assignment in which I worked for 4 days (business hours) but they only consider one when you are actually onsite. They require you to work 48 hours doing research that you don't get paid for. After my first day they came onsite and let me go stating I was not fit for the property. I did everything required and now I am jobless and homeless. I didnot know to review prior to leaving my job in which I wouldn’t have changed anything. The other person that trained with me was just laid off after two weeks.

Pros

The hiring process is a breeze.

Cons

Where should i start? 1) Management lies. The boss isn’t actually the boss. He allows the entire company and its logistics to be ran by ONE person. She may or may not get it right. She’s very sneaky. She has a way with words though so watch out because she’ll make you feel like she’s helping you but it’s always about her personal gain. She can not be trusted. 2) While this job allows you to travel and provides you with “room and board” while traveling you may not always feel safe at the places they send you to. Your well being isn’t necessarily a priority. You may or may not have a car right away to get around. 3) Plans are NEVER set in stone. You may land in One city and be told that you’ll be there 30-60 days, buy groceries and get settled in just to be told that you’ll only be there for another day! 4) Organizagion is horrendous. 5) Pay is not worth it!!!! At all!!!!!!! This company makes so much off of you that everyone who came in with me and attended my training class all feel like we’ve been pimped. They throw us pennies compared to what they get paid. But (fake) corporate makes all the real money! They don’t keep their promises with bonuses and prizes. 5) THEY LIE!!!!! No one is to be trusted! You get an uneasy feeling on day one!! At training.... 6) Training is a joke!!!! It lasts about 4 days. But you only use about 5% of what you were taught at training in the field. Did i mention the pay is horrendous!???? Listen! I wouldn’t even recommend this company to a recent college grad who’s just starting out.
