Cons
Micromanagement hampered creativity and motivation in the workplace. It lead to employee burnout and as a result, a lot of the employees quit back-to-back. Expected us to work for 18+ hours. It had negative effects on us. A single employee had to handle over 20 accounts without any help. They keep onboarding clients but don't hire new employees for the team without any concern for the current employees. Even if they hire, they hire blindly. They hire people with zero experience without basic job knowledge. They do not have an HR, they only have one talent acquisition associate. They expect us to not take leaves more than once a month even if it is sick leave. They do not have any kind of concern for their employee's health - mental and social well-being (even if it is very serious all they want to know is when they will rejoin work).
