Very disorganized office with a lot of office drama and politics. I came in as a temporary employee after a confusing interview where I was first told in person I was not going to be hired then called back the same day and offered the position- it is apparent that the HR department did not communicate with the hiring staff. My position was constantly changing and roles were always being shifted around as upper management was not consistent with what they wanted. Many employees are left with little to do throughout the day, but HR office told staff they are to work from 8 am-5 pm and unable to adjust their schedules. There were also many "catty" women in the office and conflict between employees and departments due to these office politics. Employees are frequently being let go as the staff is always reorganizing.
