      CEO gets rich and you stay starving

      Pros

      Work from home after covid. Office stipend.

      Cons

      You'll make NOTHING here. Overheads stayed fairly low, profits were high, all without any investor backing. But employees could barely afford to pay their rent while the CEO bought a house in the most expensive neighborhood while boasting that no other company treats employees so good. Expect to make way under market value for the amount that's being demanded of you.

      -Work is overwhelming -Managers are hostile -CEO acts bipolar and aggressive -Pressure to drink at every event -client's negativity will be directed at you -Pay is not competitive -Unclear instructions -"Cult like" environment

      Pros

      Fantastic team and coworkers, truly. Benefits are okay but hard to access (they only do reimbursements). Work from home is a plus.

      Cons

      Management boasts about their treatment of employees but regularly goes back on their word. Promised bonuses are withheld regularly, and it is very difficult to move up. Many people have gotten fired on the whims of leadership without justification. Average work week is 50-60 hours. KPIs are constantly changing with the goal-post being moved on a whim and without warning. There is zero financial or KPI transparency. All positions are drastically underpaid while leadership continues to increase their own benefits and pay. The CEO and leading directors refuse to listen to feedback from leads and employees. Multiple employees have been threatened with PIP or firing without justification.
