Disappointing overall.

Pros

Relaxed environment overall. Most of the people are interesting, nice, and want to do good work. Learning opportunity is there for those that are interested and dedicated. Nice location and facility.

Cons

Vision-less trajectory. Lack of teamwork across departments. Disinterest in customer satisfaction from upper management. Care for quality of work and ethics are questionable. Political in-fighting causes customers to lose ultimately ( finger-pointing ). Despite intelligence and high performance of key employees, upper management manages to undermine its own potential. Lack of true knowledge of industry and target market. Delusional, misguided sense of damage control ( those that are not the cause of the problem get laid-off, blamed, instead of reevaluating those that are "leading" ). Above-average turnover. "One bad apple spoils the bunch".

Culture Shock

Pros

Some great people, flexible PTO

Cons

The culture is non-existent in terms of waking up in the morning and wanting to be there. It's an in-crowd and the rest of you mentality with many unqualified managers run by Lord Vader himself. Lot's of turnover in the ranks makes it hard to see the goal line.

Salesfusion is awful on almost every level.

Pros

The money was ok and the offices are nice.

Cons

Boys club big time, rewards bullying and babies, sexist and racist, hostile HR, refuses to grow up, only values devs and sales. Drives people off or gets rid of the decent ones.
