I can create a list of Con's for SalezShark still the list will remain empty. 1. Worst product SalezShark CRM- they are selling a cheap CRM without basic features of a CRM. 2. Worst Selling Strategies of SalezShark- They sell this dustbin only and only with lies. 3. No work-life balance- They say that you have flexible working hours, you only work for 8 hours a day but the truth is you work and slog your as for the company day and night, you have to attend the website chats even while you are sleeping and if in case you missed it you will be given notice by the company along with salary deductions. You have to prepare the company presentations from home, you have to do all the work from home for the company as they are your only bread and butter to survive in this world. If you have a family, that your problem even they can consider you a crimnal, you are only meant to slog your as for SalezShark. 4. No Learnings at SalezShark- You will be slogging your as 24/7 for SalezShark with clerical work like a robot. You can be the best from the industry while joining SalezShark but I guarantee you that you'll become worse. 5. SalezShark Do Not give Salary- They don't pay you the salary you deserve until you have joined the company from some direct approach of the CEO/HR. You'll get -40% (minus 40%) hike to your current salary or it can be worse than it. I'm a witness if you don't agree. 6. SalezShark is not a profitable company- Its products are so worse that even the clients those been cheated by SalezShark are crying for their choice for SalezShark. They don't have enough sales neither profit. 7. No Career Growth at SalezShark- If you are lucky or you are liked by any of your bosses or you keep any sort of special relationship with the senior, then only you'll be in the system for more than 6 months. Otherwise, you will be terminated just before your completion of the probation period after sucking out everything from you and ruining your career forever. 8. No fun at SalezShark 9. No leaves/holidays at SalezShark- You won't get leaves even what are directed by government, if it is a festival, your problem, if you have fallen sick that's your problem, if you need a leave for any reason just leave the company and do that for 24/7 this is suggestion from the management every time you try to ask or look for a holiday/leave. I have witnessed them all.
