      Shady company with shady practices

      Pros

      I got exposure to a lot of different other companies while working here, which took note of my terrible experience and hired me away.

      Cons

      Did not do business as it should have been done. Their "pay" is filled with a lot of irrelevant deductions and qualifications. Treated all employees quite poorly. And most importantly, did not deal with client in a straightforward and honest way. I am very glad that I did not get into legal trouble working here briefly.

      > Very friendly coworkers and leadership > Willing to give the young and ambitious a shot at the big leagues if they fit the build > Reliable internal office management resources > Generous 401K matching / Healthcare coverage > The internal HR/Compliance training programs are not overwhelming compared to other consulting firms

      Cons

      > Worked with very limited oversight (blessing and a curse) > Other than the above con, I genuinely enjoyed my time working for Saliense. Given the right circumstances, I would rejoin the Saliense team down the line.

      Still a growing company, so no education/career learning opportunities or tuition assistance.
